Our Story

Elevate Grants & Proposals was founded by Lillian Rivera, a seasoned consultant and community leader with a passion for helping organizations thrive. As Vice President of Ministerio Somos Sal, a Puerto Rico–based nonprofit dedicated to restoration and empowerment, Lillian has dedicated her career to strengthening the foundation of ministries, nonprofits, and small businesses across the island and beyond.

Her journey began with a simple belief: that every mission—no matter how small—deserves the tools and knowledge to succeed. Through Elevate, she has guided countless organizations in forming their nonprofits, developing compliant structures, and writing successful grant and proposal submissions. Many of these startups received their initial support completely free of charge, as part of her commitment to building capacity in underserved communities.
